Goat Yogurt

  • Swiss - Whole milk yogurt. Thinner consistency, almost drinkable similar to kefir. 

    Greek - Thick, custard-like consistency. Used in parfaits and other delicacies. Some whey drained has been drained out--NO ARTIFICAL THICKENERS.
